Loaded with AppStore, 3G HSDPA, GPS and the latest generation of iPhone software, the sequel to the blockbuster iPhone [2G] is ready to kick some serious ass. Now, as this was launched, I've actually heard people complain about it not having a front video camera for video conversations. Excuse me, but who are you going to video chat with? Nobody? Who else out there has a cellular device capable of video chatting? Now you can go ahead and Google it, but look in your own pocket and see what you, yourself, have. There would be a lot of people to video chat with if the feature was included in the iPhone 3G since a boatload of people will be purchasing iPhones, but other than that, get real. What next, you want the iPhone to give you eternal life? The flaws, people always focus on the flaws.
Let me get this straight! Cutting edge hardware of today is potentially junk tomorrow, that's how fast technology advances. If Apple did include a video-chat camera, then people would complain about it not being able to shoot laser beams or conjure viagra. The lasting impression here is software. The iPhone's OS X is so loaded with potential that it places it high up in the user satisfaction ratings. And no, your satisfaction doesn't count if you don't actually own an iPhone. Today's cutting-edge hardware is tomorrow's junk while epic software leaves a lasting legacy. Why don't you just pony up the $199 for an iPhone 3G since it's incredibly affordable now. Just don't forget to pay the extra $20 a month for the data.
